4 ears of Sweet Corn
¼ C. Melted Butter
½ C. Cotija Cheese
¼ C. Mayonnaise
Cayenne Pepper to taste
Lime Wedges
Cilantro (amount of your choosing) finely chopped

 

Grill Sweet Corn and roll in melted butter. Spread with Mayo. Coat with cotija cheese, sprinkle with Cayenne pepper and Cilantro, & serve with lime wedges to squeeze on top.
